What we collect
Account details (name, email), what you watch and how far you get (to power Continue Watching), your subscription status, and device information needed to stream reliably.
What we use it for
Running the service: signing you in, resuming playback, processing payments via Paystack, recommending content, and — on the free tier — deciding which ads to show. We don't sell your personal data.
Payments
Card details are handled entirely by Paystack; they never touch our servers. We store only the references Paystack gives us (customer and subscription codes).
Live streaming analytics
Live playback quality metrics (buffering, errors) are processed by Mux Data to keep streams healthy. These are tied to playback sessions, not your identity.
Your choices
You can update your details from your account page, cancel subscriptions from Billing, and request account deletion at support@ughoron.com.
