1. The service
Ughoron TV is a streaming service operated by Ughoron, offering films, series, podcasts, and live events. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. Accounts are personal — concurrent-stream limits depend on your plan.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from Account → Billing; access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments are processed by Paystack.
4. Content and conduct
All content on the platform is protected by copyright and licensed for personal, non-commercial viewing. You may not re-record, redistribute, or publicly screen it without written permission.
5. Advertising
Free-tier viewing is supported by advertising. Ad placements are clearly labelled. Premium plans remove ads from your experience.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
