Platform Rules

Last updated: August 2026. These Platform Rules form part of our Terms of Service. By using Ughoron TV you agree to follow them. Breach may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. One account, one household

• Your account is personal. Keep your password private and never share your login details.
• Paid plans include a specific number of concurrent streams. Exceeding your plan's limit may pause one of your streams or restrict playback.
• Large-scale account sharing, selling access, or credential sharing is prohibited and may lead to account closure.

2. Respect copyright

• All films, series, podcasts, live events and other media on Ughoron TV are protected by copyright.
• You may watch Content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not record, rip, download, redistribute, re-stream, publicly screen, or create derivative works without written permission.
• Don't use screen-capture or DRM-circumvention tools against the Service.

3. Stream responsibly

• Use a stable, lawful internet connection. We are not responsible for buffering caused by your network.
• Don't run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against the Service.
• Don't attempt to access accounts, servers, or data that you are not authorised to use.

4. Behave well in the community

• Any reviews, comments, ratings or community content you post must be honest, respectful and lawful.
• Do not post hateful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or misleading content, and do not attack creators, cast, or other viewers.
• Do not impersonate Ughoron TV staff, filmmakers, or other users.
• Spam, phishing, and advertising in community spaces are prohibited.

5. Protect children

• Use the Kids profile and parental controls to manage what children can watch.
• Content rated for mature audiences is intended for adults only. You are responsible for who uses your account and profiles.

6. Live events and live TV

• Live channels and events may be delayed, blacked out, or interrupted for technical, rights, or regulatory reasons.
• Recording or re-broadcasting live programming without authorisation is prohibited.

7. Payment and billing conduct

• Only use payment methods you are authorised to use.
• Chargebacks, reversed payments or disputed charges without a valid basis may result in account suspension while we investigate.
• Don't create multiple accounts to re-take signup bonuses or trial offers.

8. Reporting violations

• If you see a violation of these Rules, or content you believe is unlawful or infringing, report it to support@ughoron.com.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these Rules, without refund, and we may report serious violations to the relevant authorities.
• Where the law requires, we will cooperate with lawful requests from courts, regulators and law enforcement.

9. Changes to these Rules

• We may update these Rules from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
• Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Rules.
